Order confirmation and shipment details are sent via email.

Croatia Delivery Note: Customers in Croatia receive delivery notifications three hours
before delivery via SMS or email.
International Delivery Note: Shipping costs vary by size, weight, and destination. Shipping costs for EU countries start from 15 EUR, and for the USA and the rest of the world, they start from 30 EUR.
Payments can be made via PayPal. Customers are directed to the PayPal site to complete transactions securely. Payments made through PayPal are in EUR, with conversions based on the customer’s local currency.

Customers must bear the return costs and provide evidence of the right to terminate the agreement. Note: Customers must notify E.A. 1/1 S.V. of their decision to terminate the agreement using the Form for Unilateral Termination of Agreement, sent to [email protected]. Termination confirmation is provided by E.A. 1/1 S.V.. The right to terminate does not apply in certain cases, such as when the service is fully performed with the customer’s explicit consent, or for customized or sealed goods. These revised terms are effective immediately upon publication on the website. They are available in English.
